These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website tronalabs.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Trona Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Trona Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

01What this Site is

The Site is an informational website about our product, MINT natural deodorant, and the company behind it. We don’t sell products directly through this Site. All purchases of MINT are made on Amazon.com, and those transactions are governed by Amazon’s Conditions of Use and policies, not these Terms.

02Where we sell

MINT is currently sold exclusively on Amazon in the United States. We don’t sell direct from this Site, we don’t sell through third-party marketplaces, and we don’t currently sell outside the U.S., including to the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction. If you bought MINT anywhere other than Amazon.com, please contact us so we can look into it.

03Product information & personal-care disclaimer

We try to describe MINT and its ingredients accurately, but Site content is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site is intended as, or should be taken as, medical, dermatological, or other professional advice.

MINT contains baking soda and peppermint oil, both of which can cause irritation in some individuals. We recommend patch-testing on a small area of skin before regular use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you have a known sensitivity, allergy, or skin condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

04Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the “Trona Labs” and “MINT” names, our logo, product photography, copywriting, illustrations, layouts, and design — is owned by Trona Labs LLC or used with permission, and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You’re welcome to view the Site, share links to public pages, and quote reasonable excerpts for personal or editorial use with attribution. You may not: (a) reproduce our brand assets or product photography for commercial purposes without written permission; (b) frame or mirror the Site; or (c) use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation where none exists.

05Third-party links & references

The Site links to third-party websites and services — including Amazon, our manufacturer Natural Contract Manufacturing, and independent references like Whole Foods’ Premium Body Care standard and the Yuka app.

We provide those references in good faith. We’re not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of any third-party site, and a link is not an endorsement of the linked site’s owner or its content beyond the specific point we cite. Third-party marks (including “Amazon,” “Whole Foods,” and “Yuka”) belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

06Reviews, ratings, and independent evaluations

When we reference third-party evaluations of MINT — for example, a Yuka score, an ingredient assessment, or a compliance framework — we’re reporting the score or classification as we understand it at the time of writing. Third-party ratings can change without notice, and we don’t control them. We’ll update the Site when we can, but the third party’s current, live score always takes precedence over anything printed here.

07Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trona Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Product warranty coverage for MINT (if any) is governed by Amazon and applicable law, not by these Terms.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Trona Labs, its members, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

09Cookies & basic analytics

The Site uses a minimal number of cookies and standard web analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns and keep the Site running properly. We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don’t operate a loyalty program that requires an account here.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking cookies won’t break the Site — it’s an informational site, not a store.

10User conduct

When you use the Site, you agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems; (b) use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; (c) scrape or systematically extract Site content for republication; or (d) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes anyone’s rights.

11Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, the Site, or the law. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after posting means you accept the updated Terms.
