How to return or refund a MINT order

Every order of MINT is placed through Amazon, and every return and refund is handled by Amazon. That means you get the same straightforward, buyer-protected process you already know from every other Amazon purchase.

To start a return or request a refund, go to Amazon’s Returns Center and select your MINT order. Amazon will walk you through the rest.

Amazon’s return window

In most cases, Amazon allows returns within 30 days of delivery. Amazon may make case-by-case exceptions beyond that window at its discretion. During the November–December holiday season, Amazon typically extends the return window through the end of January.

Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method. Timing depends on the payment type — Amazon publishes the current schedule in their Return Policy.

If MINT isn’t working for your skin

Baking soda works beautifully for most people, but a small minority find it irritating. If that’s you, please return the product through Amazon for a full refund — even if the stick is opened and partially used. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, and Amazon supports it.

Damaged or defective product

If your MINT arrived damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, Amazon’s buyer protection covers it in full. Start a return through the Amazon Returns Center, or contact Amazon customer service directly.

Where we sell

MINT is currently sold exclusively on Amazon in the United States. We don’t sell direct from this website, and we don’t sell through third-party marketplaces or resellers. If you bought MINT anywhere other than Amazon.com, please contact us at customer.support@tronalabs.com so we can look into it.
