How to cancel an order

Because MINT is sold exclusively on Amazon, all order cancellations are managed by Amazon — the same straightforward process you already know from every other Amazon purchase.

To cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, find your MINT order, and click Cancel Items. If cancellation is still an option, Amazon will process it for free and no charge will hit your card.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order enters the shipping process on Amazon, it usually can’t be cancelled directly. In that case, wait for the package to arrive and then start a return through Amazon’s Returns Center. See our Refund Policy for details.

Subscriptions

We don’t currently offer any Trona Labs subscriptions or recurring charges of our own. If you signed up for Subscribe & Save through Amazon, you can cancel or edit that subscription anytime in Your Subscriptions on Amazon.
