Privacy Policy
What we do with your data.
Short version: we collect very little, we don’t sell it, and we’ll tell you exactly what we track and why.
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trona Labs LLC (“Trona Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit tronalabs.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
01Information you give us directly
If you use the contact form on our Contact page, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you enter. We use that information only to respond to your question or request, and to keep a record of the conversation. We don’t use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
02Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site automatically collects some technical information when you visit — things like your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand traffic and improve the Site. These tools may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser.
We don’t use this information to identify you personally, and we don’t combine it with anything you submit through the contact form.
03Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Site uses cookies mainly through Google Analytics, to see aggregate traffic patterns like which pages get read and how visitors find the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may make some parts of the Site behave slightly differently, but it won’t stop you from reading anything.
04What we don’t collect
We don’t sell products directly through this Site — all purchases of MINT happen on Amazon.com. That means we never see or store your payment card details, shipping address, or order history. Amazon handles that data under its own privacy notice, not this one.
05How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to messages sent through the contact form
- Understand how people use the Site, so we can improve it
- Keep the Site secure and working properly
- Meet legal or regulatory obligations, if any ever apply
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
06Who we share information with
We don’t share contact-form submissions with third parties. Aggregate, anonymized traffic data is visible to us through Google’s analytics tools, subject to Google’s own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights.
07Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website can guarantee perfect security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with the Site is no longer secure, please contact us right away at customersupport@tronalabs.com.
08Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
09Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing customersupport@tronalabs.com. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web using Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Site or our practices change. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

This policy is written in plain language for a small, U.S.-based informational site that doesn’t process payments directly. It isn’t a substitute for legal advice specific to your situation.
